Tech Solver believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal refund policy. Under this policy: • refund will be considered only valid reason. However, the refund request will not be entertained if the reason is not valid.
No refunds are entertained for reasons like DLT registration, Content and Consent Template registration on DLT platform as these are mandate by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India)
In case you feel that the services received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team.
The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Please note, bulk sms credit we calculate the count and we add our service amount and then we plan refund, it will take 90 working days.
Before starting any relationship with us we advise you to test our services. We do not offer any refund of money at any stage or at any condition once the transaction has done unless Tech Solver agreed to refund money it will take 90 days but not more then that from the date of request received.
Privacy Policy
All disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be primarily resolved amicably
Final provisions
All disputes that cannot be amicably resolved shall be submitted for resolution by Common Court of Law at the location of Tech Solver registered office.
The provisions of Civil Code, the act on copyright and neighbouring rights, an act on electronic services providing and other provisions of effective law shall be applicable in issues not governed by these terms and conditions.
Our terms are aligned and subject to modification according to laws and guidelines by local government bodies like TRAI in India.
